Banana pancakes
The most delicious and airy banana pancakes, which are great as an afternoon snack or breakfast. I think the best thing about these pancakes are that they are light and moist at the same time, which I normally do not find in the classic thin pancakes.

Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 2 bananas
- 8 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 tbsp oil for baking
Equipment:
- Measuring cup
- Immersion blender
- Spatula
- Pan
Instructions:
- Blend the egg and bananas in the measuring cup
- Pour in the flour, cinnamon and baking powder, and blend well
- Slowly add the milk, and blend thoroughly
- Set the pan on medium heat
- Bake the pancakes about two minutes on each side, so that they rise properly
